WHAT is our word? Let's give our word for until next meeting
Anu
For Datahub: https://marketing.datopian.com/datahub.io/datahub-content-calendar
For Autoclaw: https://marketing.datopian.com/autoclaw/plans/2026-04-13-week-plan
CRM
Monika to test 3 CRM tools and assess them.
Volume and velocity
- Implement the feedback from Yoana re video scripts, 1 instead of 3 post recommendations, etc.
- Understand Anuar's process for posting on social media and start brainstorming if and what we can build for him
- Write out Daniela's process for social media posting (Meta) and start brainstorming on how AND IF we can build sth for her
Anchor moments
- Produced and distributed research or civic data portal demo (PortalJS)
Newsletter
- Get the list of emails from our current clients. Check if this is ok. Check T&Cs.
- Launch the first issue of Datopianist on Linkedin (instead of email)
Daniela's notes
Product x Activity matrix and responsibility. The initiative owners **are like coaches or coordinators. **It is the product owner who is responsible for implementing it… or not.
————
**Team workflows and eg. volume and velocity (cross-product initiatives) **
We don't have common workflows. Let's make something work for Yoana, then for Anuar, etc. and then see if we can make something generic.

Learnings from Rufus
Written tutorials before youtube videos
Mega tutorial before mini-tutorials to make it superstar
Mega-tutorial. What are the options, what are the costs, what are the pros and cons of this…

Anu's social media channels
**Openclaw **
Youtube (primary for Openclaw)
Hackernews
Datahub
Reddit only
Reddit helps us for traffic and reddit is what the AI uses mostly to respond
Newsletter for Datahub
He wasn't looking at Datahub in the past week - he will come back to datahub and he is planning to do the newsletter. He wants to re-enable it.
Notes from Granola
Granola summary
- Responsibility model: Activity owners are coaches/coordinators, not accountable for execution across products. Product owners decide whether and how to implement.
- Daniela’s key takeaway: Workflows differ by person/product, so tooling for volume/velocity should be built for one workflow first (e.g. Yoana, then Anuar) before trying to generalize.
- Rufus’s main guidance:
- Build fast prototypes, test them quickly, and avoid over-engineering.
- Don’t try to design for everyone upfront; build for one real user first.
- Written tutorials should come before videos.
- Start with a “mega tutorial”: how to deploy/use something, costs, options, pros/cons; then derive smaller pieces from that.
- Marketing/content should begin from a clear user journey and a strong “get started” path.
- On Daniela’s auto-posting/tooling work: Rufus suggested treating it as a small experiment/project, time-bounding it, and iterating from actual use rather than too much upfront consultation.
- Anuar’s channel mix:
- OpenClaw: YouTube, Reddit, Hacker News
- DataHub: mainly Reddit
- Reddit matters both for traffic and because it influences AI-generated answers/discovery.
- DataHub newsletter: Anuar had deprioritized it last week due to OpenClaw focus, but plans to return to it and re-enable it.
- Newsletter structure discussion: DataHub should stay separate; PortalJS and Datopian/secant-related content could potentially be combined more than other products.
