Marketing
Grouping initiative for all marketing activities — content, social, CRM, and campaigns.
Marketing is a grouping initiative inside Internal Systems.
It exists to organize the main marketing-related initiatives and projects in the portfolio tree. It should not be treated as a bounded project.

Consolidated legacy work modes
The older areas/ structure described recurring work modes that now sit under the portfolio more implicitly rather than as separate structural nodes:
- newsletters
- outbound
- product promotion
- social media posting
- anchor moments
- volume and velocity
Where these are still active, they should live as:
- initiatives when they are ongoing systems or capability areas
- projects when they are bounded pushes
Recorded work and operating context — September 2026 scope review
-
Rebrand / AI positioning: Paused framing and website-copy effort, consolidated here with Narrative and Positioning. No implementation outcome is asserted. Historical source.
-
Distribution capacity diagnosis: July analysis identified tracking gaps, useful GitHub/organic/cross-link traffic, activation friction and content-capacity constraints. Preserve the detailed analytics and dated commitments as evidence; current ownership, pipeline targets and outcomes need confirmation. Historical source.
-
Narrative and positioning: Paused, frontmatter-only framing record; consolidated with the rebrand context instead of another project. Historical source.
